What is Accident Life Insurance


Accident life insurance pays a death benefit to your beneficiaries if your death occurs due to an accident. It does not pay if death occurs due to a health related issue.

You should always purchase coverage to protect against death by for both accident and illness. However, because one American dies every 5 minutes as the result of an accident*, an inexpensive way to bolster your basic coverage is to add accident life insurance.
